We at GabyAnalia Bows want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will accept your timely return of full priced, unworn, unwashed, un-defective merchandise.

If you want to return a product please send me an email. Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached.

A receiving an RMA via email, you may ship the items back to us, shipping costs on your behalf. A $5 restocking fee per item and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received your request for return, we will approve via email, and you will be sent a return slip via USPS. You can use our label provided, or your own. We do not pay for the return fees. If you choose to use our return label, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.

The return must be back in our store within 5 days of delivery for a refund. After 5 days a store credit will be issued. After 7 days, the items are not returnable, and are FINAL SALE.

We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.

All items are made to order. production time (time to make the bows) is 3-7 business days (M-F), then the order ships. If you need items by a specific date, please contact us first to ensure we can accommodate that date.

Our orders ship via USPS and tracking numbers are provided on the evening your order ships. You can view you scheduled ship date in Your Account - Purchases.

Please verify the correct shipping address prior to purchase. We are not responsible for items not received if a wrong or incomplete address is provided. If an address needs to be changed after the purchase, the original order will be cancelled so you can provide a corrected address on a new order. 

We are not responsible for any errors or delays made by the USPS. If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will need to repay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again. Items returned/refused without a return authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Buyer is responsible for any additional international tax, customs or duties (i.e VAT). All international shipments are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. GabyAnalia Bows has no control over those fees and they are the buyer's responsibility of delivery.
